Anyone with a 64 Unique FIA build have number for the three coolant hoses? I am replacing the stainless corrugated that were on the car as most of the rubber is end of life. Would prefer to move away from those. Any help is appreciated.

I have no part numbers, but here's a photo of the upper coolant hoses on a very early Unique. I have had some luck at the parts store letting me pick out the ones I think will fit, and returning those that don't. This installation looks like 3 hoses. Two with 90° bends and one straight.

We did a FI to Carb conversion on Jack's Unique...here's the happy owner after we finished.

Thanks Elder and Max! Looks like a slightly different setup than mine. Even the photos of a current FIA build that the folks at Unique sent me today, the setup has changed from an overflow tank to an inline filler with cap. I may just have to engineer a different setup.

Interesting examples. My radiator is side to side with input from passenger side. I see a lot of soft rubber to hard surface. Currently have 3 hoses, so six clamped connections. With the addition of hard surface to rubber, potentially increases the points of potential failure. Gotta do something so thanks. Current overflow tank isn’t the best setup, straight out from thermo housing then two hard 90’s. Gonna work it out. This is current top side set up.

Paul, What is the VIN of your car? do you have a 302 or 351Winsor engine?

Underway, but not quite happy. Will work on reengineering the new solution. Anyone know any metal workers?
