I know this is a weekday, but this is a great event to get started .
CCC Track Day event registration now open on MotorsportReg.com!
The CCC Track Day will return on April 13, 2017 to Summit Point. Hard to believe that six years has passed since the last event. Although we will follow the same program as in the past, we have instituted a couple of changes to speed up registration. All entrants should register via www.motorsportsreg.com with payment on line. You will be able to register your car and experience and whether you have participated in a CCC Track Day in the past. Spectators and guests will be able to register at the track. If you are a volunteer driving instructor, please contact Ben Pettis at 410 279 2622
This year we are also fortunate to have the generous support of Robin Sparrow and Thomas Lappin who as entrants in The Tire Rack One Lap of America have nominated the Annapolis Trust as the charity that will be the recipient of all sponsorship monies that they receive from corporate sponsors whose logos will be placed on their BMW M3. This event has been held since 1984 and 2017 will see over fifty entrants driving up to 10,000 miles (16,000 km) over nine days holding time trials at specified race track venues. You will be able to meet Robin and Thomas and have the opportunity to become a sponsor at the CCC Track Day on April 13th. But this is not all - following completion of the event, Robin will drive the car festooned with sponsor logos in the normal course of his business for several weeks around the Washington Metropolitan region
Every entrant will receive a really nice polo with the CCC Track Day logo and any other "stuff" that sponsors want to provide. The price of entry is $275. Oh yes, this also includes the barbeque at the end of the day with all those silly prizes.........
