Removed tranny for new clutch install and took it to local tranny guy for 1st/2nd synchro issue and found out nearly everything else inside is bad as well. The parts to rebuild it will be as much or more than getting a rebuilt unit. Looking for a world class T5 or tremac to replace my junk. This tranny was pulled from a doner '90 mustang with unknown mileage. I have put 15k easy cobra miles on it. Any of you hoarders have a spare?????

That's not a bad drive - especially this time of year. I've even done it a couple of times on a motorcycle!

Thanks Mike, Putting it back in has to be easier than taking it out. Everyone is free to comment on that. I just ordered one from a guy in Tennessee that will be a handle a lot more torque than the stock '90 T5 that I cooked. Last week new Intake gaskets, checked valve guides and seals, this week clutch, flywheel, tranny. I should be up and running by the time we hit that perfect 100 degree cobra weather:buck2:
