Flying Southwest?

I hope if you're flying this weekend, you're flying on Southwest. They seem to be the only airline not impacted by the Crowdstrike fun.

Turns out, much like Elder, they're running Windows 3.1 on all their systems!

Never fly Southwest if you have to get there or get back reasonably close to you scheduled time. They have no agreements with the other airlines, so if they cancel your flight and everyone is flying (packed planes), you are looking at the next day (or longer) before they can get you on a rebooked flight. I had to buy tickets on another airline, right then, to make the event, instead of them getting me on a flight, Cha-Ching. Happened to me and my son (they were going to take a week to get him home) on different occasions. I stopped flying Southwest.

But, Southwest does not cancel flights as often as the other majors.
