    Oh yes, add an anchor point in front of stall to winch a car in if you have to.

    I have a small HF atv winch with a remote. 2 ft straps wrapped around the front of my 4 post and I can pull dead cars onto it no problem. Less then $150 invested .. Im done trying to push cars on lifts without power .. been there done that.

    When your garage(s) are at the bottom of an incline, you don't need no stinkin' winches.::)

    In case you have no idea what MRGA means, you need to understand that Ripper has somehow pissed off the Boss of Cobra Inc,:knuppel2: and has been banned from the garage.

    So, we have a campaign to redeem him and will be ordering some MRGA hats to help out...

    As I recall from the past, it might be a good idea to have a garage at the bottom of the incline - as long as there's also an arrester cable system in it...

    Thanks Daniel...I can't believe it's been 14 years.

    For those of you who revel in my misfortune, you'll be saddened to hear that my trailer that survived that trip has been totally rejuvenated with a wrap that matches my F150.

    Great idea to take a picture of it now so we can remember what it was SUPPOSED to look like.
    Congratulations. Really looks sharp...for now.

    "I have no idea what you mean?"

    May I point you in the proper direction... Two new canopies;
    Rebuilt loading ramp and the truck front end that damaged the ramp;
    New fence rails;
    New tires;
    Sod and landscape restoration at Smith Mountain Lake;
    Shall I continue or has your memory been restored?

    Elder:

    Your reply further demonstrates you have actually lost your mind. The keystone of this site is unsolicited opinions on just about anything...especially your countless screwups. Now that I think about it, now that Devish's driving skills caught up with his enthusiasm, it seems to me that if it were not for your misadventures, this site would be just another boring car club rag. Your list of failed attempts at pretty much everything you undertake, even though you have every good intention of a thoughtfully prepared good outcome, is what keeps this site alive. Keep trying brother and kindly document the results.

    To avoid an avalanche of your additional unfortunate hapless blunders this might be a good place to end this thread and get back to writing your autobiography, "Here Hold My Wine, and Watch This!"

    I'm pleased that my misadventures keeps this forum alive. Not a week goes by in my garage, that I don't have some mishap or f'up. I continue to amaze myself with my stupidity.

    As long as the stupidity only leads to the draining of someones wallet and not bodily harm, I'd say it's a good day ;D
