There seems to be a trend with people responding to the notification email instead of coming back into the forum and responding to the personal message itself. The notification email is sent by the forum, not the person sending the actual personal message. If you reply to the notification email it sends it back to the forum administrator account. That's me. ;)

So, if you're going to include me in your personal message conversations you could at least make it a little more juicy!

Edit: This is old but I wanted to bring it up again. I've received a rash of replies lately. And while it's all very entertaining I really have no interest in your private messages. After all they are supposed to be "private". Peeps, there's a link in the email to reply. Don't just hit the email reply button!

Re: Replying to personal messages

Yup...the "Approval Moderator" also receives a copy....so make those replies interesting. ::)

Hi Scott,
I keep having issues with the "Spell Check". When I click on it, the spell check window comes on the screen, and NOTHING happens. Is there something you could do to have it check my spelling. As you know I DO need that Spell Checking!!

Thanks

What's up !!?? Hello, is enyone there?

"MR. SPELL CHECK" HAS GIVEN UP ON YOU. HE THINKS YOU ARE A LOST CAUSE AND HE'S NOT GOING ON 'FUNCTIONAL OVERLOAD' UNTIL HE GETS A RAISE. (a really big raise).

Hector. It may be the user. On my 'puter, the misspelled word has squiggly red underline. If you right click on the word, correctly spelled word suggestions appear in a drop down box. :idiot2:

So ignoring the fact that Black Jack brought up Hector's 3 year old request :elder:

The spell check you are describing is a function of your web browser and not the forum itself. That said I can't think of a scenario where I'd need to use the forum spell check instead of the web browser.
