P2197 O2 Sensor Bank 2 Reading Lean

Took the car out yesterday and noticed my hi-tech Check Engine light (steady red light) illuminated.

Just plugged it in and got the code in the title.

Pro-M EFI setup. Engine seems to run fine. Light is on hot or cold.

A Google search lists all sorts of possible causes.

Just looking to see if anyone else has run into this and the best way to start eliminating possible causes.

Those codes normally mean bad O2 sensor, bad MAF or MAP, or intake leak

Ran the Pro-M diagnostics last weekend. Initially, code came on. Cleared it, checked sensor readings/voltage on both sensors. Everything checked good. No light, no code. Been good since then.
