I think I gave that one to someone when I moved to Florida. Don't ask me who - that was 17+ years ago...
I'd love to have that in my glove box, but you can rest assured that if you showed it to Barney, he'd find something else to ticket you for.Yes that is the legislation one would want in their glove box for when you get stopped, or if it didn't influence the cop, to take it with you to court. If it clearly says it's not required then they can't enforce laws that don't exist. If I find anything more I'll post it and I hope you all do the same! Thanks!
Reminds me of a story Christmas Eve about 1990 I got stopped in my '85 Mustang 5.0 by the state cops (different state) for speeding, and I was giving the guy a hard time about him giving tickets on Christmas Eve and so on, finally he says, "you don't have a front plate, would you like a ticket for that too?" I said "no thanks, I think I'm good with just the one." (Didn't get that second ticket, but it did shut me up.)I'd love to have that in my glove box, but you can rest assured that if you showed it to Barney, he'd find something else to ticket you for.
